Entrance to the base is located at Gate 6 on 32nd Street. You will be directed to General Parking.

Cost: Free Family Event and open to the public
Event Description: This event is free to the public. The community is invited to climb aboard US Navy ships and explore other military static displays and chat with Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen. Interesting and informative exhibits will be on display.
- Navy Ship Tours: USS SAN DIEGO (LPD-22), USS PRINCETON (CG-59), USS WAYNE E. MEYER (DDG-108), USCGC MORENTHAU (WHEC-722)
- Military asset in-water demonstrations
- Welcoming Ceremony each day
- Military Bands: Navy Band Southwest, Marine Band San Diego
- Military Static Displays: USN, USMC, USCG
- Food and Entertainment
- Exhibitors: Retailers, community groups, non-profits

The following items are prohibited, and will not be allowed onto the pier or into the event area:
- Food or drinks, including ice crests and coolers
- Pets (except service dogs for the disabled)
- Glass containers
- Guns, knives, clubs, or weapons of any kind
- Mace, pepper spray, spray cans or other defensive spray or chemicals
- Fireworks or explosives of any kind
- Flammable liquids
- Club weapons
- Illegal drugs and/or paraphenrnalia
- Camera tripods and cameras with lenses greater than 100MM
- Large backpacks, oversized camera bags, or large purses
- Skateboards or bicycles
- Gang related clothing
- Special consideration will be given to diaper bags that accompany small children
- Visitors found in posession of any prohibited items will not be granted entry to the controlled access area and law enforcement agencies will be notified.
